Privacy Policy

VendorPrism is an independent, read-only product and supplier research application and public brand, operated by Mehmet Birkan Bilgiç. The public site publishes only the truthful organization name; it does not publish a home address, phone number, personal email, government/tax ID, or other owner PII.

Information processed

After an eligible selling partner authorizes the application, VendorPrism processes only the minimum Product Listing and Pricing information needed for catalog and pricing research: product identifiers, titles, offer or pricing response fields, marketplace, source URL, observation time, currency, and confidence metadata. It does not request payment credentials and does not perform seller mutations.

Use, retention, and deletion

Marketplace research and information records are used to produce research requested by the connected account owner and are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Valid deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Seller authorization credentials and tokens are not research data. They may exist only while the seller connection is authorized, must remain in the approved private secret storage, and must be revoked and deleted when the connection is terminated or security requires it. Credentials and tokens are never displayed in diagnostics or browser responses.

Sharing and protection

Marketplace information is not sold and is not shared with unrelated third parties for their independent use. Provider requests use HTTPS and the application is designed for read-only access.
